About Supply+ Team

Derek successfully led Supply+ through an initial Management Buy Out (MBO) in December 2010 and a further MBO in April 2019, re-establishing their independent market leadership and full management ownership once again.  As well as his duties as CEO Derek is the former Chair of the UK Fire Industry Association and sits on the several BSI Committees.

David brings 20-years of experience in the global fire protection and emergency response industry, driven by a commitment to equipping firefighters and first responders with some of the best solutions available. David's expertise in navigating evolving market requirements and environmental legislation, coupled with his passion for delivering positive change, positions him well to lead Supply Plus on the next stage of its development.

Mike was appointed Finance Director of Supply+ in January 2012 and is responsible for all aspects of company Finance. Mike led the finance aspect of the recent successful MBO and continues to oversee all finances as part of the board.

Karen has carried out diverse roles within Supply+ during her service giving her extensive knowledge across all areas of the company.  Today, her main duties are Quality & H&S Manager, Marketing and Website Management and supporting the MD and FD. In addition, Karen also co-ordinates Customer Training, Tenders and PQQ’s. Karen has joined the board as Compliance Director with effect of April 2019.

During COVID19 lockdown Karen took on the challenge of adding ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 to our certiication portfolio.

Patrick was appointed Production Manager of Supply+ in May 2013 and is responsible for all aspects of Production within Supply+. He is now Operations Director and part of the board of directors as of April 2019.

Stuart has had a long and successful career in export sales working for a number of pump manufacturers over the years.  For the past 13 years he was Regional Sales Manager for Godiva Ltd (a UK based fire pump manufacture).  He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of fire fighting equipment suppliers and the global customer base of fire truck manufacturers.

Dave was appointed as a Design Engineer in June 2010. In June 2013 he was appointed as Sales Engineering Support to assist the Sales Administration Team.
